To prevent illegal acts and avoid possible injuries and losses, please strictly abide by the following regulations:

Instructions before use

Before using the robot product, be sure to carefully read this document and the “Instruction Manual” to fully understand your legal rights and interests, responsibilities, and safety instructions. Once you use the robot product, it will be deemed that you have understood, recognized, and accepted all the terms and contents of this document. Otherwise, it may lead to property losses, safety accidents, and potential personal safety hazards. When using, be sure to operate in strict accordance with the product usage specifications. The user needs to promise to be responsible for his or her own behavior and all consequences arising therefrom.

Prohibited behaviors and responsibilities

1. This product is strictly prohibited from being disassembled or modified privately and from undergoing informal maintenance. If any faults or damages are caused by the above behaviors, Booster Robotics will not bear any responsibility.
2. This product is strictly prohibited from being operated and used in unconventional environments (such as high temperature, extreme cold, chemical corrosion, fire and water immersion, etc.). If any faults or damages are caused by using in the above scenarios, Booster Robotics will not bear any responsibility.
3. Under normal use conditions, the faults and risk burdens caused by normal natural loss of parts and battery aging are regarded as normal use risks of the product. Booster Robotics will not bear the corresponding consequences and responsibilities.

Restrictions on applicable people and usage scenarios

1. This product is not a toy and is not suitable for people under 18 years old. Be sure to avoid letting children come into contact with this product. If you operate in a scene where there are children, you need to be extremely careful.
2. This product is not suitable for use in densely populated areas with infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, disabled people, etc. (with an interval distance of less than 1 meter) or similar scenarios. If relevant people suffer personal injuries or property losses due to misoperation in the above scenarios, Booster Robotics will not bear all losses and consequences caused thereby.

Legal compliance commitments

1. You promise to strictly abide by the applicable laws and regulations on export controls and legal sanctions.
2. You promise not to use the functions and services of this product for the following purposes: including but not limited to any military purposes that endanger national security and interests such as supporting terrorism, nuclear facilities, and biochemical weapons, and must not be used for the design, development, production or use of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery vehicles and other purposes.
3. You promise that you are not the object of trade restrictions, sanctions or other legal and regulatory restrictions implemented by any country, international organization or region. Otherwise, you may not be able to register and use the functions and services of Booster Robotics’ series of products normally.

We are well aware of our responsibilities and obligations in global operations and are always committed to ensuring that our products and services comply with the legal and regulatory requirements around the world. Here, we remind all users that when using products and services, they should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of various regions. We encourage users to understand and respect the rights and obligations under their respective legal frameworks. In order to adapt to the legal requirements of different regions, we may make appropriate adjustments to product functions, service contents or privacy policies to ensure compliance with local regulations. As a user, you are responsible for understanding and abiding by the specific laws of various regions, including but not limited to uploading, sharing, downloading and using behaviors of content.

Purpose of use and responsibility

The user promises to use this product only for legitimate purposes and agrees to all the terms and contents of this document and any relevant policies or guidelines that Booster Robotics may formulate. Booster Robotics will not bear all losses and consequences caused by users not using the product in accordance with this guide and the “Instruction Manual”.

Final interpretation right and clause change

In compliance with laws and regulations, Booster Robotics has the final interpretation right of this document. Booster Robotics has the right to update, revise or terminate these terms without prior notice.
